Medical Exercises are designed to improve your body function in a wide variety of ways. Based on your individual needs, our doctors and practitioners at Integrated Medical Center, design a regimen of physical exercises or activities that are designed to meet specific therapeutic goals. Their purpose is to restore normal musculoskeletal function, reduce pain, and with any pain caused as a result of disease or injury.

Given that there are different types of exercises for different ailments, we prescribe them on an as needed basis. Our Providers that deal with Sports Injuries offer a plan of medical exercises to improve movement and function of the athlete after the injury. For our PT’s that work with people who have been injured in an accident – their recovery is based on healing and regaining use of the affected area. For our weight loss programs, our exercises are designed for strength and improvement of target muscle groups to strengthen them and result in more flexibility and weight reduction in targeted areas. We also offer exercises post-surgery to help patients in their recovery for specific areas.
